Together with the Bar Berto, this place is the heart of the Piazza delle Erbe. It is open for lunch offering salads and sandwiches, and reopens in the evening at 6pm for aperitifs until 2am. On Friday evenings, the piazza is literally invaded by pedestrians taking a stroll. The bar offers cocktails and beer as well as sandwiches until late at night. There tends to be a young crowd, and this is an excellent place to find out what is happening all over the city. The next door tobacconists is open until late.
