This has been an inn since the beginning of the last century when Genio Cammarata delighted his guests with tasty dishes and his guitar. Nowadays, it is run by Gianni Rifaldi, and it remains a cornerstone of Ligurian cuisine, offering traditional dishes which are varied and abundant. This place has the atmosphere of a traditional trattoria with clean, modern furnishings and added to by the cordiality of the boss, Gianni. It offers stuffed anchovies, dishes flavoured with marjoram and pine kernels, tripe 'alla Gavotti' and dried cod 'alla Chelbi'. It also serves typical desserts and offers good, Ligurian and national wine.
