The rock-paved, cave-like interior, with psychedelic light fixtures and curvy purple and red banquettes at Americas is dramatic and unusual, to say the least. The excellent menu attracts a broad range of diners, but it is most popular with the hip crowd and fans of a novel dining experiences. The menu comprises of items such as the Gulf Snapper with crusted corn justifying the expense. Tropical drinks are the specialty of the house or you can sip a glass of house wine.
