This is the ideal place for mushroom lovers. Piero Ferrando prepares dishes which are perfect for anyone who wants to savour the tastes and smells of Ligurian cuisine. Part of the Union of restaurants of 'Buon Ricordo' (good memory), the speciality here is 'i corzetti della Valpolcevera'. The restaurant is located around 20 kilometres from the centre, in the Genoan hills, from the tollgate of Genoa Bolzaneto from the A7 motorway, follow directions to Serra Ricco and then San Cipriano. This is a large, distinctive place, furnished in rustic style with some elegant detail and a relaxing atmosphere. Amongst the typical dishes on offer are starters with meat and vegetables, Genoan ravioli and naturally, cooked mushrooms with potatoes or fried mushrooms or mushrooms served with roast meat. There are homemade desserts and good wine chosen by Piero.
